These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the services provided by ZettaStudio / HomeDukabi (“we”, “our”, or “us”). By using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
본 약관은 ZettaStudio / HomeDukabi(이하 “당사”)가 제공하는 서비스의 이용에 관한 조건을 규정합니다. 사용자는 서비스를 이용함으로써 본 약관에 동의한 것으로 간주됩니다.
You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract. When creating an account, you must provide accurate information including your name, phone number, email, and business registration (if applicable).

We collect personal and business information (name, phone, email, business registration) to provide safe and verified matching between customers and professional contractors.
당사는 고객과 전문업체 간의 안전한 계약 및 신원확인을 위해 이름, 전화번호, 이메일 주소, 사업자등록정보 등의 개인정보를 수집합니다. 이 정보는 안전하게 암호화되어 저장되며, 서비스 제공 및 계약 체결, 공사관리 등의 목적으로만 사용됩니다. 자세한 내용은 개인정보처리방침을 참조하세요.
When a customer signs a contract with a professional partner through HomeDukabi, a security deposit of approximately 5–10% of the total project cost is paid to HomeDukabi as a guarantee.
The deposit is held by HomeDukabi until the project is completed without issues. If the construction is completed properly, the deposit is released to the professional contractor as part of their payment.
However, if defects or disputes occur and are not properly resolved, HomeDukabi may:
고객이 홈두꺼비 플랫폼을 통해 전문시공업체와 계약을 체결한 경우, 전체 공사금액의 약 5~10%를 보증금(예치금)으로 홈두꺼비에 납부합니다. 본 보증금은 공사가 정상적으로 완료될 때까지 당사에 의해 보관됩니다.
공사가 하자 없이 완료되면, 보증금은 전문업체에게 공사대금의 일부로 지급됩니다. 하지만 하자 발생 또는 처리 미흡, 고객과의 분쟁 등의 사유가 있는 경우 당사는 해당 보증금을 전문업체에 지급하지 않고,

당사는 계정 인증, 비밀번호 재설정, 공사 진행상황 등 서비스 운영에 필요한 알림 메일을 발송할 수 있습니다. 사용자는 서비스 이용 시 이러한 필수 메일 수신에 동의한 것으로 간주됩니다.

서비스 내의 모든 콘텐츠, 로고, 디자인 등은 당사 또는 라이선스 보유자에게 소유권이 있으며, 사전 서면 동의 없이 무단 복제, 배포, 이용할 수 없습니다.
Certain services may involve fees. All charges are disclosed before payment and are non-refundable unless required by law.
일부 서비스는 유료로 제공될 수 있습니다. 결제 전 모든 요금이 명시되며, 법률상 의무가 없는 한 결제 후 환불되지 않습니다.

본 서비스는 “있는 그대로(AS IS)” 제공되며, 무중단 또는 오류 없는 서비스 제공을 보장하지 않습니다.
We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages, including loss of profits or data.
당사는 간접적 손해, 이익 손실, 데이터 손실 등에 대해 어떠한 책임도 지지 않습니다.
You agree to indemnify us against any claims resulting from your violation of these Terms.
사용자가 본 약관을 위반하여 발생한 모든 손해, 분쟁, 청구에 대해 당사 및 관련 임직원에게 손해가 발생하지 않도록 보상할 것에 동의합니다.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms.
사용자가 본 약관을 위반하거나 부적절한 행위를 할 경우, 당사는 사전 통보 없이 서비스 이용을 제한하거나 계정을 해지할 수 있습니다.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Republic of Korea if applicable. Disputes shall be handled in the courts of Korea, unless otherwise required.
본 약관은 계약 체결 시 한국 법률이 적용되는 경우 대한민국의 법률에 따릅니다. 분쟁이 발생할 경우 대한민국 소재 법원을 관할 법원으로 합니다.
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the service means you accept the updated Terms.
본 약관은 필요 시 개정될 수 있으며, 변경 사항은 본 페이지에 게시됩니다. 변경 후에도 서비스를 계속 이용하는 경우, 수정된 약관에 동의한 것으로 간주됩니다.
